Chicken Pot Pie THM Crossover

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust Recipe (2 sticks butter, 2 cups sprouted flour, 2 Donks Stevia) Pressed into the pan
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Prep Crust and press it into you round baking dish.

  2. Cook and Shred the chicken

  3. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and seasonings to the warm chicken and drippings.

  4. Mix in the frozen vegetables.

  5. Fill the Pie pan with the chicken mixture.

  6. Top with a crust crumble made by adding more flour to the crust recipe.

  7. Bake at 350 for 45-60 mins
